Members of Office & Operations Department’s sharing about the Team Building and Closing Ceremony of the academic year 2021 – 2022

At Indochina Group, each member is always an important link. The Group always hopes that through collective internal events, members can together recharge with positive energy, thereby being ready to face all difficulties and challenges together on a new journey.

In the past September & October, the members of the Office and Operations Department participated in the Team Building & Gala Dinner with the theme “We Make It Real” at Phuoc Hai beach, Ba Ria – Vung Tau province. Surely each member had good memories with their close colleagues.

Let’s listen to the members’ sharing on the trip!

  1. How do you feel when you and your colleagues participate in Team Building, have fun and relax together after an academic year with many achievements?

Ms. Nguyen Thi Tuyet Nga – HR Department

The trip gave me more perspectives on my colleagues, from which to understand each other better. Hugs, laughter, sweat and joy, all created an indelible mark. The trip was full of laughter, which aroused the dynamic and explosive spirit of youth in me.

Hopefully in the future the Group will have more interesting and attractive trips and programs so that we can stick together and understand each other better.

Mr. Hoang Van Thin – Design Department

Before the trip, I felt extremely excited and looking forward to it because it is difficult to hang out together and meet unknown colleagues despite working in a large corporation. During the trip, I had time to have fun with colleagues in outdoor team building games and relax with my colleagues, thereby having the opportunity to chat more and connect more. Thank you Group for bringing me such a fun trip.

Ms. Truong Thi Diem – Housekeeping Department

This is my first time traveling with colleagues. This outing was comfortable because we all considered each other like a family.

My most memorable memory is when climbing Minh Dam mountain, everyone sang the song to forget about fatigue. The monkeys in there are also cute.

  1. Please tell us about an unforgettable impression or memory you had during your this trip.

Ms. Tran Pham Mai Phuong – Design Department

Although I have worked at the Group for more than two years, this is the first time I have experienced Team Building with my colleagues. The unforgettable thing during the trip is that I met and interacted with many people in other departments and stayed in a “luxury – good – gorgeous” place like Lan Rung Resort. The space of the resort is very beautiful, I have had a lot of time to relax and have fun here. In addition, team building activities also make everyone more connected, and be “naughty” – this is hard to see in the workplace. Hopefully, in the future, we will have more trips to have the opportunity to create many memories together.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Hong Nhung – Housekeeping Department

My impression and unforgettable memory is experiencing Binh Chau hot spring and Lan Rung Resort. In the past, my family used to go to Vung Tau but did not know about this resort. This time I was able to stay here, it was a wonderful experience.

Ms. Pham Hong Thao Vi – Accounting Department

The last trip was an unforgettable memory during my time with Indochina Group, I remember the team building activities at sea the most, although it was very sunny, everyone was still very enthusiastic, playing hard.

I am also very impressed with the well-groomed organization as well as the reasonable time for fun and relaxation, so I hope the Team Building in the coming years will continue to bring experience as good as this year.

  1. Do you have any special expectations for next year’s Team Building?

Mr. Vu Hoang Minh – Kitchen Department

After a year of hard work and being able to go on vacation with my colleagues, I feel that all the fatigue and heaviness in the kitchen are removed and have more energy to prepare well for the next academic year. Hopefully next year I will win the special prize of Lucky Draw.

Ms. Nguyen Hoang Ngoc – Design Department

Hopefully next year we will have the opportunity to participate in Team Building in interesting places like Hanoi, Hue, Nha Trang… with a longer time. I think if we go together longer, we will have more time to experience, relax and enjoy the trip, there will be more precious memories to keep and stick together.

  1. How do you feel when you are the lucky winner of Lucky Draw special prize which was the 43-inch Samsung Smart TV Crystal UHD 4K?

Ms. Nguyen Thi Minh Hieu – HR Department

I’m so emotional when I heard the winning number. Really feel happy and grateful to be a part of Indochina Group and have the opportunity to receive such a great gift.

Mr. Au Quang Thien – Driver Department

I must say I am very lucky! I have worked at Indochina Group for more than six years and this is the first time I have received such great joy. This trip is an extremely interesting experience, when I not only have fun, relax, but also have gifts to take home.

  1. In the Gala Dinner night, the “stars” of Indochina Group shine brightly with extremely attractive and interesting performances. Let’s find out the stories of the “artists” behind these unique performances!

What inspiration gave you the idea to dress up and dance when performing the song “My sunshine”?

Mr. Nguyen Quoc Duy – Media Department

What I feel most clearly during the Team Building trip is the “change” and “familiarity.” The change here is the different atmosphere in the office, and that familiarity is being accompanied by colleagues, be immersed in games, fun and memorable moments.

Perhaps my most unforgettable memory is standing on the stage performing contemporary dance in front of so many people. As for the idea of makeup, there is nothing special, I simply think that outfit was very suitable for the song “My sunshine”.

How long do you guys practice the dance “Then come always”? Tell us about a fun memory you had while practicing together.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Hai Au – Nourish Department

We practiced “Roi toi luon” for about two weeks, only two times a week because everyone didn’t have much time. Because everyone is old, has never danced before, we is still stiff, so we laughs too much  when watched the video recorded during practice.

After this trip, colleagues’s relationship became better, which made the work much more favorable. I found that our Group was very well organized, everyone went home satisfied and happy. Thank you Indochina Group very much.
