Stories of sustainable companions beneath the roof of IEDG

Through 18 years of constantly creating intellectual values, IEDG has become one of the leading voices in international education development in Vietnam. To create that success, we should appreciate the members who have been contributing to the Group for many years. They have shared a part of their youth with IEDG, built its foundation, and contributed to spreading the fire to many succeeding generations.

Sharing on a decade journey at IEDG, Ms. Nguyen Cao Ngoc Uyen – English teaching assistant at Western Australian International School System (WASS) – could not hold back the excitement and pride to witness the growth of the school that was associated with her career. WASS is a place that gives her the opportunity to access the most modern of educational methods, improve her professional abilities and work with dedicated colleagues who support her wholeheartedly. Ten years of persistent working is also ten years that Ms. Ngoc Uyen proved her ability to be a diligent and skillful teaching assistant, always fulfilling her role of taking care and protecting students.

Also taking the role of direct contact with students and parents, Ms. Le Thi Thuy Tien – Admissions & Student Manager at WASS shared a memorable story: “I will never forget the story of a 4th-grade student of WASS. Her family had an accident and fell into a difficult situation, so she couldn’t afford to continue going to school. Sympathizing with her situation, the school has supported her to continue her studies. With the love and appreciation for teachers and school, she has tried very hard and achieved many achievements in her academic pursuits.”

For Ms. Thuy Tien, every happy and sad memory with the student is a beautiful memory, this is the motivation for her to continue her work. Simultaneously, with the role of director in our Human Resources Department, Ms. Thuy Tien is always willing to share and help her colleagues in their work and always create cohesion for the team to fulfill their goals and become a solid support base for all the teachers who are engrossed in the educational career of the Group.

Like Ms. Nguyen Cao Ngoc Uyen and Ms. Le Thi Thuy Tien, when mentioning long-term contributing employees, everyone will immediately remember Ms. Truong Thi Phuong – Admissions Manager of the Institute of Accounting & Business Management (IABM). Her fifteen years of working beneath IEDG’s roof have always filled with happiness, especially when she is able to witness with her own eyes the generations of students trained by IABM to take off in their careers thanks to the solid launch pad of the institute’s practical training programs. With over a decade of working with IEDG, what makes Ms. Phuong the most grateful is the support and assistance from her colleagues, specifically, the BOD always creates favorable conditions for members to learn and grow. She shared: “Looking back fifteen years, I remind myself that in the following years I will constantly strive, break through, and devote all my abilities to contribute a small part to the development of IEDG in the integration journey ahead”.

On that journey of creation and development, our Group is always moving forward thanks to the companionship of great partners. With the enthusiasm, passion, and desire to contribute to the cause of education from its members, the IEDG family will grow stronger with each of its upcoming journeys.
